Why?

Here's another design blog. One out of tons (yet with the strangest name ever). But to us it's precious, since it's ours and for what design means to us.

Just think of this for a moment: a lot of the experience we have of the world around us has to do with the interfaces we interact with. Either they show up as objects of everyday life, or as apps and websites, we all experience most of the world through them and their constraints. Interfaces not only drive our experience of the world, they also build up on our mental model and do a great deal in defining our habits and expectations.

That's why we strongly believe that striving to define better and more engaging interfaces could improve our experience. That's why to us design is not "nice shapes and funny colored stuffs", but the calling to leave the world a better place than we found it.

That's the reason we are here, starting this blog as a place where to collect some samples of good and bad interfaces and to share some ideas about how things could be done (maybe) in a better way.
