Building on people knowledge - Entry phone

Today I want to share with you a bad experience I had with Ale's entry phone.

Here it is.

I had to ring Ale.
I mistyped the number, so I pressed C - after all "C" is for "Cancel", right?
Not here! In this machine "C" stands for "Call". "R", instead, is for "Reset" (exactly what I needed!).

D'oh!

Every time I mistype the number I have to remember how this machine works, for it's soooo counterintuitive.
And believe me, it's a struggle not to press that "C" button.
