ATM out of order & User Experience lesson

Never had the experience of desperately searching for an ATM and when eventually got your hands on one you discover it is not working?

I did too.
Yet last time I had a much better experience than just start searching again: someone had noticed the ATM was out of use and just minded to put a sticker on it, pointing to the nearest ATM.

User experience is not confined to the interaction with a tool, it is a much broader experience. And I'm thankful to whoever put that sticker for making mine better while in trouble. :)
